Today I had the pleasure of explaining how twitter worked. This community group wanted to know how and what twitter was and how it would benefit them. #hashtags - what are they and what do they do? @symbols - to connect and link to other organisations on twitter. What is a feed and how do trolls work. It can all be daunting but when explained twitter is a simple news feed.
